Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time within India: 4–6 business days (depending on location).
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Return / Refund Policy:
We ensure every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, returns or refunds are accepted only in the following case:
- If you receive a wrong product or a different item from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags.
- Unboxing video is required for verification.
Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No returns/refunds are accepted for:
- Change of mind / personal dislike
- Slight color or size variations
- Discounted or clearance items
